Our Services

Whatever goal you're working towards, our physiotherapy services are designed to support your recovery and help you move with confidence.

Neck Pain

Neck pain can affect more than just your neck. It can contribute to headaches, arm symptoms, stiffness and difficulty with everyday activities. Our physiotherapists assess the underlying factors contributing to your symptoms and develop a treatment plan tailored to you. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, education and strategies to help you move with greater confidence and reduce the likelihood of recurring pain.

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) can cause pain, numbness, tingling, weakness or changes in circulation affecting the neck, shoulder and arm. TOS can present differently from person to person therefore, an individualised assessment is essential. Our physiotherapists have experience managing complex TOS presentations and work to identify the factors contributing to your symptoms before developing a targeted rehabilitation program.

Musculoskeletal

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy focuses on diagnosing and treating pain and movement problems affecting your muscles, joints, nerves and surrounding tissues. Whether you're dealing with a new injury, ongoing pain or difficulty returning to activity, our physiotherapists take the time to understand what is contributing to your symptoms. Your treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercise, education and a personalised rehabilitation plan designed around your goals.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a physiotherapy technique that uses fine needles to target specific muscles and areas of tension. It may be used as part of a broader treatment plan to help reduce muscle tension, improve movement and manage pain. Your physiotherapist will determine whether dry needling is appropriate for you and combine it with other treatments and exercises based on your individual needs.

Headaches & Migraines

Headaches and migraines can have a significant impact on your work, exercise, sleep and quality of life. Our physiotherapists use a thorough assessment to identify musculoskeletal and movement-related factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. We offer specialised physiotherapy approaches, including the Watson Headache® Approach, alongside exercise, education and practical strategies to help you better understand and manage your symptoms.

POTS

Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) can affect your ability to stand, exercise and manage everyday activities, often causing symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, palpitations and exercise intolerance. Our physiotherapists provide individualised treatment plans to help you gradually improve complex symptoms related to POTS. Your program is tailored to your symptoms, tolerance and goals, with a focus on improving function and supporting long-term management of POTS.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates combines the principles of Pilates with physiotherapy-based assessment and exercise prescription. Sessions are individually tailored to your strength, movement, mobility and goals, making them suitable for a wide range of people and conditions. Clinical Pilates can help improve strength, control, mobility and confidence in movement, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing ongoing pain or looking to improve your physical function.

Pre/Post-Operative Rehab

Physiotherapy plays an important role before and after surgery, helping you prepare for your procedure and work towards a safe and effective recovery. Pre-operative rehabilitation can help optimise strength, mobility and understanding of what to expect after surgery. Post-operative physiotherapy is tailored to your procedure and stage of recovery, with a focus on restoring movement, rebuilding strength and helping you return to the activities that matter to you.
